High Court Judge Breaks Into Tears During Case Session After Suprise News

Yesterday, December 2, 2022, there was a lot of excitement in court because Magistrate Judge Diana Mochache from the Kahawa Law court was suddenly and unexpectedly moved up to the High court. Mochache was shocked when her name was read, a situation that made her go confused and elated.

On the video of her getting the news while she was presiding over a case, Mochache can be seen very happy and crying happy tears, which stopped the court session.

On the video, you can hear the woman from Kisii say, "Oh my God, thank you." A voice can also be heard asking her if they can call her "the Judge in waiting." Mochache tells the voice, "Better use the right title or I won't be able to hear you."

Mochache's face is wet with tears as she wipes away her joy and confusion. She joked with the person who told her that they shouldn't have told her at the time.

When she asked to see the notice of her promotion, the lawyers and court clerks stood up to clap for her.
