Bishop David Oyedepo is the leader of Living Faith Chapel. He is also known as Winners Bishop. On a Shiloh service that was live-streamed, a message was given to the public.


During his speech, the cleric is said to have said, "One of my daughters said she met her dead husband in the police station. But even though she was hurting, she got up the courage to pray. She prayed in her own language for five minutes before she went in. And as she came in, she called out "Jesus!" And sure enough, the dead husband came back to life.
