Bernice Nketia, who also goes by the name Bernie, has claimed that she used to be in a lesbian relationship with two well-known Ghanaian actresses.

She revealed that she engaged in separate sexual encounters with them in the hope that they would help further her acting career, but this never happened.

In an interview with Arnold on Vibes in 5, Bernie stated that she has since given up on lesbianism and is now dedicated to advocating against it.

She is urging young girls not to engage in the act. Bernie explained that she stopped because she wants to have children who will take care of her in her old age. She refused to mention the names of the actresses but provided descriptions.

Bernie met the actresses through a lady who promised to help her career. One of the actresses is still active in the industry, while the other is not.

They both work in TV commercials, love travelling, and are in the English-speaking genre of the film industry. One of the actresses has a son, and both are popular in Ghallywood.
