How My Husband Infected Me And My Younger Sister With HIV

Marion Sophia from Naivasha has told how her husband gave her and her younger sister HIV after sleeping with her sister while she was at work.

Sophia says that she is the first of five children and that her grandmother raised her and her siblings after her mother married another man and left them at her mom's house.

Life was good until her grandmother got sick and couldn't provide for them. They dropped out of school and started working to get food to eat.

When she was sixteen, she met a man who wanted to marry her and her younger siblings.

Sophia says that after a while, her husband decided it was too much and ran away with his clothes. She was forced to go back to her grandmother's house with her children, where she met another man and fell in love with him.

Since she was already 18 years old, the man gave her his ID card so she could get her own.

She says that they moved in together with her younger siblings after they got married. She says that they both worked, but after they left the house, her husband would come back and force her younger sister to sleep with him. If she told him, he would threaten to kill her.

Sophia says that she noticed that her sister was walking differently and that when she asked her what was wrong and she told her what was happening, she says that she was afraid and didn't even ask him and they ran away and went back to their grandmother.

She says she didn't know she was pregnant until she started feeling sick. When she went to the hospital, the doctors confirmed that she was pregnant and HIV-positive.

Since her husband had slept with her sister and she had HIV, it was hard for her to accept, but a doctor helped her do so.

Sophia says that her younger sister got sick and was taken to the hospital, but she didn't make it. Her sister gave birth to her child safely, and she is now a mother of one.

She has told young people that they should always get checked out before starting a relationship.
