“I Cry Every Time I Watch Beast Of No Nation With Abraham Attah” - Idris Elba

Acclaimed English actor, producer, singer and DJ Idris Akuna Elba has admitted that watching his own film 'Beast of No Nation' brought tears to his eyes.

Abraham Attah, a young Ghanaian actor who starred in 'Beast of No Nation', has reportedly moved on to bigger and better things and the filmmaker, is incredibly happy for him.

Abraham Attah is wonderful, but the film is tragic, so I sobbed while watching it. Abraham Attah has gone on to bigger and better things and I'm so proud of him, He said

In an interview with Kumasi-based Opemsuo FM's Amansan Krakye, Idris Elba claimed that filming in Ghana showed him that there was untapped potential on the continent.

He said: "The film made me feel that there's a lot more talent out there, whether it's in Sierra Leone, Ghana or the Ivory Coast, and that there's untapped potential that people need to see on the screen.”
