The mother of three even showed screenshots of rude messages between her mother and her husband.

Some of the messages read 'Jana ulinidinya poa' and 'Na wewe ulinipea poa'. Brenda says she has known her mother's Facebook password since she was a child, but one day she logged into the account for no reason and ended up in the chats.

Her mother separated from her father when she was young, and she raised her on her own.

"After high school, I didn't do well, so I started a small business in Engineer, Nyandarua County. It was going well and along the way I met this guy and we fell in love. We dated briefly and got married. Everything was fine until I brought in my biological mother to look after our children because we were so busy with the business and didn't want a stranger in our home. Unbeknownst to her, they started having an affair and her husband would sneak back home to sleep with her mother. Even after she told them about the Facebook messages, they didn't seem surprised. In fact, her husband told her in front of her that her mother was much more romantic than she was. "They all worked together against me and kicked me out of the house I helped to build. This made me sad, but I decided to teach them a lesson and not give up for the sake of the children," she said.
