I Thought My World Had Ended – Minister Transforms Single Mother's Life

Saeed Muhazu Jibril, the Savannah Regional Minister and a favored member of President Akufo-Addo's team, has helped transform the life of a single mother in Accra who was hawking on the streets. The minister explained on his Facebook page that he encountered the young woman in Tema, in the Greater Accra Region, where she was selling chewing gum with her baby strapped to her back. He inquired about her education and discovered that she had completed Senior High School with excellent results.

Mr. Jibril expressed pride in the woman's accomplishments, stating that he was not a family member, but that it was his duty to help those who otherwise would not have realized their dreams. He did not provide the woman's full details, but she reached out to thank him for the life-changing opportunity, writing, "DADDY THANK YOU SO MUCH. I THOUGHT MY WORLD HAD ENDED. MAY GOD BLESS YOU." Today, the woman is a fire officer with the Ghana Fire Service, thanks to Mr. Jibril's intervention.
