A Deputy Communications Director of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Jennifer Oforiwaa Queen, has threatened to beat Sammy Gyamfi in an open fight if he agrees to enter the battle arena with her.

Speaking on Wontumi Morning Show, Jennifer Oforiwaa Queen said she has been monitoring the reaction of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) national executives since one of their members was arrested for inciting political violence ahead of the 2024 general elections.

In particular, she singled out the NDC's National Communications Officer, Sammy Gyamfi, for issuing a statement defending Razak Avoliya for the provocative comment.

"Is the leadership of the NDC going around secretly inciting its members ahead of the 2024 elections?"
"Can you, Sammy Gyamfi, take me on in an open fight? I am a soldier's daughter; can Sammy Gyamfi even stand me in an open fight?" she asked.

She went on to describe Razak Avoliya as a person whose ears look like "a rat looking for someone's food to destroy".
Razak Avoliya - a member of the NDC who was caught on video inciting political violence ahead of the 2024 general elections.

In an interview with a journalist, Razak was heard encouraging the NDC not to hesitate to shed blood if it was necessary to win power.

"As a journalist, you witnessed a situation where people were shot and killed in the 2020 elections. So I am standing here today to ensure that no NPP member can come and kill me."

"So we are in and I will advise every true NDC member that in the 2024 elections, if it becomes necessary to kill somebody to win, kill them; even if it requires you to shoot somebody or club them to win us power, do it," the NDC man said.
