I couldn’t respond to God’s call because of this reason - iOna Reine

Mercy Onuawonto Sam, a Ghanaian singer who goes by the stage name iOna Reine, has said what kept her from answering God's call.

She said recently that she has changed her mind.

Since she said she was sorry, iOna has been doing versions of Gospel songs.

In an interview with Graphic Showbiz, the singer said that worldly things made it hard for her to answer God's call sooner.

iOna says that she is now ready to do what God wants of her.

"I worked hard to answer God's call and reach out to those who had turned away from Him. Before, I was more interested in music from the world than in what God wanted from me.

"However, I'm now ready to give gospel music my full attention. She said, "I've decided to make music that makes people feel better so that I can be a useful tool for my Lord."

iOna Reine talked about some of the bad things she did in the past in a recent interview with ZionFelix.
