I used to feed you - KOD slams 'Grandpa' Ambolley for calling him shallow

Kofi Okyere Darko (KOD) and Gyedu-Blay Ambolley continue to exchange insults as their feud intensifies.

In a Facebook post, KOD penned a letter titled "My Final Words to Ambolley," in which he highlighted his contribution to the highlife genre and his support of Ambolley's career. KOD also criticized Ambolley's recent comments about the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) and described him as a "charlatan."

Additionally, KOD suggested that old age does not always bring wisdom. Ambolley responded by calling KOD shallow-minded and boasting about his upcoming European tour.

The dispute started when Ambolley claimed that the VGMA had hurt highlife music, while KOD defended the awards scheme and blamed radio stations for not playing enough highlife music.

I would still set an ungrateful grandfather straight. I have fed and supported him for almost 30 years. If anything, he owes me money too, was KOD's reply.
