I've cried many times before going on TV, but... Akumaa Mama Zimbi

Despite being a very emotional person, intelligent Ghanaian Adom TV/FM presenter, lifestyle and sex therapist Akumaa Mama Zimbi tries to take all the bad things life throws at her in stride.

"I'm a very emotional person, but my parents gave me a very solid foundation and that's what motivated me.”

I often cry before I go on TV or radio, but I try to put on a happy face because I really understand what i’m going through.

In an interview with Adom FM's Dwaso Nsem morning show on Friday, she added: "Inside the console, it will shock you to realise that you will be fine.”
