Kwame Borga begs for forgiveness after outrageously linking Mercy Asiedu to hookup business

Kwame Borga, a Kumawood actor and production assistant, has issued an apology to Oheneyere Mercy Asiedu and other Kumasi-based actresses who were offended by his recent comments linking them to hookup business.

In a widely-circulated video, Borga alleged that 70% of women in the Kumasi film industry engage in hookups, causing outrage among many.

After being threatened with a lawsuit by Mercy Asiedu and her husband, Borga posted a video on social media on March 28, 2023, apologizing for his comments and stating that the situation was intended as a joke but ended up being a terrible one.

He specifically addressed Mercy Asiedu and her husband by name, asking for their forgiveness and promising never to repeat such behavior again.
