Kweku Baako Never Called Prof. Frimpong-Boateng To Order Him About C&G Aleska – Gordon Asare-Bediako

Gordon Asare-Bediako has clarified that Abdul Malik Kweku Baako, a well-known Ghanaian journalist, did not call former Minister of Environment, Science, Technology, and Innovation, Prof Kwabena Frimpong Boateng to order him about the operations of C&G Aleska.

In fact, Kweku Baako had simply attempted to arrange a meeting between Prof Kwabena Frimpong Boateng and the owners of C&G Aleska. However, Prof Kwabena Frimpong Boateng had misconstrued this as an attempt to order him around.

According to Gordon Asare-Bediako, the owners of C&G Aleska were good friends of Kweku Baako and had requested that he help arrange a meeting between them and Prof Kwabena Frimpong Boateng. Additionally, C&G Aleska has been legally operating in Ghana since the time of former President John Mahama, and Kweku Baako would not support them in operating illegally in the forest.

In response to Prof Kwabena Frimpong Boateng's report, Gordon Asare-Bediako explained that Kweku Baako had only attempted to facilitate a meeting between the company and the minister, and that was all. He urged everyone to understand the situation correctly and not to misunderstand Kweku Baako's intentions.
