Lady calls out bank staff buying clothes as she kept customers waiting in a queue

A customer of the First City Monument Bank (FCMB) was upset that she and others had to wait while buying fabrics, so she and others called out a member of the bank's staff.

The Twitter user @friddah criticized the staff for acting in a way that she thought was unprofessional and insensitive for a professional.

The tweet has gotten a lot of comments and replies from people who want to share their thoughts and experiences about what happened.

Fridah didn't say, though, whether or not she made it to the bank and did what she was supposed to do.

She wrote:
Sorry but, is this appropriate? Went to the bank to fix my card and the woman made two other people and myself wait at most 30 minutes while she purchased fabrics. @MyFCMB
