MCE For Berekum, Kofi Agyei Collapses at Independence Day Parade

Kofi Agyei, the Municipal Chief Executive of Berekum East in the Bono Municipality, collapsed during his speech at Berekum's 66th Independence Day celebrations this year.

Midway through his speech, Kofi Agyei fainted and was rushed to the Holy Family Hospital in Berekum for treatment.

Hon. Kofi Agyei appeared to be in good health before he started speaking but unfortunately collapsed. The security personnel rushed to assist him.

Due to the presence of the National Ambulance Service, they quickly transported him to the hospital.

The Municipal Chief Executive is reported to be doing quite well at the moment.

Apart from this incident, which almost ruined the Independence Day celebrations at the Golden City Park in Berekum, everything went according to plan.
