Maa Adwoa’s best friend who called her for Inspector Twumasi to shoot to death allegedly arrested?

There's a new update on the tragic incident where Maa Adwoa was shot five times by a police officer.

It's been reported by GHPage that Eunice Owsus Boakye, also known as Okese, who was Maa Adwoa's friend and the one who convinced her to meet with Inspector Ahmed at Dufie Towers's forecourt, has been arrested for her alleged involvement in the incident.

According to sources, Okese is currently aiding the police in their investigations and might face a jail sentence if found guilty of playing a role in Maa Adwoa's death. It's sad to hear that someone who was once close to the victim is now potentially implicated in her demise.

Inspector Ahmed Twumasi appeared in court yesterday after being apprehended from his hideout last Sunday. He stated that although he shot Maa Adwoa six times, he didn't intend to kill her. Additionally, he revealed that he gave Maa Adwoa GHc5,000 and wants his money back. His next court appearance is scheduled for Tuesday, May 30.
