Man Reveals His Ghana Card Was Linked To 10 SIM Cards Without His Knowledge

Nana Kwadwo Yeboah Asiamah, a Ghanaian man, recently shared his experience of discovering a concerning incident related to his Ghana card.

While attempting to purchase a new SIM card, he was informed that he had already reached the maximum number of allowable slots.

After investigating with the help of a friend who works in the network service industry, he discovered that 10 unknown numbers were connected to his card without his knowledge.

During a TV interview with Alfred Ocansey on TV3, Nana recounted his experience at the MTN office when he tried to resolve an issue with one of his mobile money numbers.

He was shocked to find out that he had already registered the maximum number of allowable slots, despite personally registering only three numbers in the MTN office.

He was asked to complete a complaint form and wait for feedback from the company. After contacting MTN customer service, Nana was told that all the unknown numbers had been deleted. However, he still had concerns, so he reached out to a friend who works in the network service industry.

His friend informed him that five numbers were linked with MTN and another five were linked with Vodafone, which prompted Nana to become more suspicious of the situation.
