Maasai is an African ethnic group made up of semi-nomadic people who live in Kenya and northern Tanzania. They are an African indigenous group.
The Maasai believe that God knows everything. They are one of the main African tribes that people all over the world know about because of their unique beliefs, traditions, and customs.
Maasai people get almost all of their food from cattle. They eat meat, milk, and blood. People drink both fresh blood and sour milk.
Fresh milk is sometimes mixed with fresh cattle blood and drunk from a calabash. They eat between 600 and 2000 mg of cholesterol a day, and about 2/3 of their calories come from fats.
The Maasai tribe thinks that God made cattle just for them and that it is their job to take care of all the cattle in the world. The Maasai way of life revolves around herds of cattle. Men are in charge of keeping the cattle safe and herding them, but women are also in charge of taking care of the cattle and the house.
