Musama Disco Christo Church armed robbers escape lynching

Four young men are accused of robbing the Musama Disco Christ Church in Ekumfi Nanaben in the Central Region, but luck was on their side.

The armed thieves reportedly entered the church during a wake, held worshippers hostage and stole their mobile phones and other belongings.

However, local youth reacted quickly and caught the suspects.

Following the story, Kofi Adjei of Adom News reported that the armed robbers had been brutally beaten.

He claimed that the outraged mob would have lynched the robbers if it wasn't for the intervention of the town elders.

The incident was reported to Adom News by an elder of Ekumfi Eyisam named Yaw Enoo Ababio, who also claimed that the culprits had been handed over to the police at Ekumfi Essuohyia.
