My Husband Undressed In front Of His Mother And Younger Siblings And Started Beating Me Up

She was born and raised there. She dropped out of school when she was in primary school and went to work as a babysitter in Nakuru.

After two years, she met a man who was also from Murang'a. After a few months of dating, they got married and her parents were happy for them to start a family.

A year later, she gave birth to her first child. She began to notice that her husband was behaving strangely. He might sleep with the family she worked for. Then they might start treating her badly.

She told his mother about him, but his mother told her to go on because men are never happy with just one woman. One day, in December, they went to the village.

After a few days, she saw a picture of her husband in bed with an old woman. When she asked him what was going on, he took the towel she had wrapped around herself to take a shower and started beating her.

His mother and younger siblings went to see what was going on. She begged him to let her get dressed, but he kept hitting her and his mother did nothing. The next day, ashamed, she packed her things and left.
