NDC has a ‘wicked’ orientation ahead of 2024 elections – NPP

Jones Anyamesem Sarfo, the Kwabre East Constituency Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Ashanti region, has accused the National Democratic Congress (NDC) of having a wicked orientation before the 2024 elections according to a report by MyNewsGH.

According to him, the NDC is deliberately using revolutionary rhetoric to instill fear in Ghanaians and the NPP, even before they finalize their policies, manifestos, and candidates.

During an interview with Ultimate FM, Sarfo, who is an executive of the NPP, stated that the statements made by influential members of the NDC such as John Mahama, Asiedu Nketia, and Joseph Yammin are aimed at positioning the party for violence. He further added that the NDC's approach is not right for an opposition party, and they should be focused on developing policies and messages that can convince people rather than using violent language.

Sarfo emphasized that the NDC's constant revolutionary talk is a cause for concern, and they may be planning something bad. He urged Ghanaians to keep a close eye on them, especially John Mahama and those who think like him.

Sarfo also noted that the 2024 elections have been described as the mother of all elections for Ghana, with the NPP aiming to retain power while the NDC hopes to unseat them through communal effort.
