New York Police almost arrest Twene Jonas after mistaking him for a madman

In a recent incident, Twene Jonas, a well-known Ghanaian socialite in the United States, almost got arrested by the police after being mistaken for a madman. This happened when he was reported dancing on the street while recording a Facebook Live video.

Twene Jonas is known for his passionate rants about the differences between Ghana and the West, which he shares on social media while walking the streets of New York with his camera. He occasionally dances as part of his videos.

However, during this particular video, a worried citizen mistook his dance moves for signs of mental illness and called the police. When the officers arrived, they initially believed that Twene Jonas was mentally unstable.

To avoid being arrested, Twene Jonas had to quickly explain his actions and convince the police that he was not a threat to society. He even had to switch to his native Twi language to further explain himself.

It's important to note that Twene Jonas was not actually mentally ill and was simply expressing himself in his unique way. The incident serves as a reminder to be more understanding and to avoid jumping to conclusions about people's actions.
