Number 1 Will Shock You: Basketmouth lists His Top 3 Ghanaian Artists

Famous comic Basketmouth has shared his top three picks for Ghanaian musicians. During an appearance on 3FM Drive with hosts Giovani Caleb and AJ Sarpong on March 27, a listener asked the comedian who his favorite Ghanaian artist is.

Basketmouth replied that he admires Kwabena Kwabena and Sarkodie, as well as Samini. He also mentioned his fondness for newer artists, particularly Black Sherif, and expressed his desire to have him on his new album.

Basketmouth admitted that he's persistent when it comes to pursuing his desired collaborations, stating that he keeps pushing until he achieves his goal.

He acknowledged that sometimes people are busy or arrogant, but he's patient and confident that he'll eventually get to work with the artists he admires, even if it takes a year or more.

Basketmouth is currently in Ghana for his comedy show on April 8, 2023, at the Accra International Conference Center.
