Remember 10-Year-Old Girl Who Was Impregnated By Her 40 Years Old Stepfather?

A 10-year-old girl gave birth, just hours after she kept saying she had terrible stomach pains. They say that neither the girl nor anyone in her family had any idea that she was pregnant.

The girl was said to have had a very bad stomachache while in class. Teachers finally had to take her to the hospital, where doctors found that she was seven months pregnant and close to giving birth. She gave birth shortly after, reports the Mirror.

Even though the baby was born early, the birth went as planned and there were no problems. The girl and her child are still in the hospital getting better.

“The mother alleges that she, along with other family members, hadn’t noticed any log of symptoms of pregnancy or the child hasn’t complain that she has been S3xually abused by anyone, taking into consideration the child’s small frame,” Police Chief Captain Castro said.

After giving birth, the young girl told her mother that her stepfather, who was 40 years old, had hurt her. The mother passed this information on to authorities, and the 10-year-old later told them that her stepfather threatened to kill her mother and brother if she came forward.

The stepfather, who had left the house, was arrested, and it was said that he had raped the girl. Her mother told police that she started to struggle at school and became more introverted starting in October in the year 2014. Authorities charged the stepfather with rape of a child and illegal possession of firearms.
