SHOCKING: 15 SHS students pregnant in one school, Headmistress confused

The management team of St Mary's Girls Senior High School, located in Asante Akyem Central, is concerned about the increasing number of pregnant students. This situation has had a negative impact on the school's reputation.

Recent reports have revealed that 15 students are pregnant, including four final-year students, ten from two students, and one newly admitted student.

The headmistress of the school, Ms. Alice Martha Adjei, expressed her disappointment in an interview with Kessben FM's Asumadu Dakwah. She advised the pregnant students to stay home and resume their studies after giving birth.

Ms. Adjei also connected the problem to various challenges the school has faced, such as the lack of fencing, encroachment on school property, and other issues. She requested assistance in fencing the school to prevent students from using it as a shortcut.
