Sad News Hits KNUST

Edmond Asirifi Marfo, a student in his final year at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), has died due to kidney failure according to Voice Of KNUST.

This is a tragic event as Edmond was only 22 years old when he passed away, and the cause of his death was a severe illness. Despite seeking alternative treatment for his condition, Edmond lost his battle with the ailment.

It has been reported that Edmond, a Business student at Level 400, started experiencing blurred vision in March, which prompted him to visit the hospital. During his visit, it was discovered that his blood pressure was over 200, and both his kidneys had failed.

The KNUST community has been left in shock by the sudden and untimely death of Edmond Asirifi Marfo.

He was a promising young student who was dedicated to his studies and highly respected by his peers and faculty members. We pray that he rests in peace.
