Sex-Starved Landlord Captured Fondling The Breast And Buttocks Of Tenant

A landlord who said he was drunk was locked up because he touched his tenant's breast, buttocks, and kissed her while he begged to get in bed with her.

Mbongeni Thebe, who is 36 years old, pleaded guilty to indecent assault in front of magistrate Jeconia Prince Ncube of the Western Commonage.

In his defense, he said that he went too far when he groped his tenant's private parts because he was so drunk and couldn't control himself when he saw how beautiful his tenant was.

Thebe was sentenced to 15 months in prison, but four months were taken off his sentence if he didn't do anything similar again within five years.

He was given another 8 months off if he did 280 hours of community service at Amhlophe High School in the Pumula East suburb.

A court heard that on Tuesday of last week, Thebe's 36-year-old tenant, a woman who cannot be named for moral reasons, asked him to help her move her things from one room to another.

Thebe didn't waste any time and ran to the room. When he got there, he locked the door and yelled at his tenant.

While he was kissing her, he felt her breasts and buttocks.

He asked her for a quickie while telling her he was sexually charged.

The renter said no to his sexual requests. The victim was so angry that he pushed him away and ran to a police station to tell them what had happened.
