The Okomfo of the area, Nana Sayana, who was acting as a tour guide and the spiritual voice of the gods in that district, told the shocking news.
Nana Sayana says that a lot of Ghanaian gospel singers come here to do rituals and pour libations to get hit songs.
People think that dwarves and other spiritual beings live in many of the pillars in the hidden cave, which is full of strange rooms.
"Before you get to the center of the cave in the deeper part of the cave, you have to bend down and it opens up to a wider hall. It's beautiful rock that has been shaped by the river into huge halls and chambers.
Maame Grace said that the flow of the cave has leftover sacrifices, drinks, and gold.
Maame Grace thinks that the cave can be improved and turned into a place for tourists to visit.
The expedition is part of GEROM TV's new documentary series with Maame Grace called "The Quest of Alkebulan." The whole production team is going on tours to spiritual and cultural sites across Africa to learn about ancient original works of art and spiritual objects.
