The Worst In NDC Is Far Better Than The Best In NDC - Napo

The Energy Minister, Dr. Mathew Opoku Prempeh, says that the ruling New Patriotic Party is still the best choice for Ghanaians, even though the economy is bad right now.

He said that the recent drop in the value of the Ghanaian cedi would have been worse if the National Democratic Congress, which is in the opposition, was still in power.

Dr. Opoku Prempeh, also known as Napo, says this shows that the NPP's worst record is better than the NDC's best.

"The worst of the NPP is still a lot better than the best of the NDC. Some of you want to serve NPP, but know that you want to serve the best. Ghana can only get better with the NPP. No matter what you are going through, just think about how much worse it would be if it was NDC.
"The dollar that could have gone to 16 would have gone to 48 if NDC was in charge," he said.

Napo said these things at a conference in Kumasi where he spoke to people from the Tertiary Students Confederacy (TESCON) in the Ashanti Region.

Napo also told TESCON members to keep trusting the NPP and government as they work to fix the economy's problems.
