“They would have called me a drug addict if it were me” – Shatta Wale

Shatta Wale is expressing his disappointment with the double standards he believes Ghanaians have when it comes to nudity.

He pointed out that when Okyeame Kwame recently shared a photo of himself in just shorts to promote his new clothing brand, people praised him, while if Shatta Wale had done the same, he would have been labeled as a drug addict.

Shatta Wale believes that people should be consistent in their reactions to nudity, and that if he was criticized for undressing on stage, Okyeame Kwame should also receive the same level of condemnation for his photo. Despite some people defending Okyeame Kwame's photo, Shatta Wale feels that he can't win and is frustrated by the hypocrisy.
