"Tragic Hunting Trip: Man Accidentally Shoots Father-in-Law Dead"

In New Edubiase, a 32-year-old hunter is in police custody for accidentally shooting and killing his 60-year-old father-in-law, Opanin Kwadwo Bramah, during a hunting trip.

According to a police report, the victim had gone into the bush to pick mushrooms, and the shooter, George Nkyi, was unaware of his presence while shooting randomly in search of game.

After realizing what had happened, Nkyi promptly informed family members and surrendered himself to the police. The assembly member for the Sikaman electoral area, Matthew Baah, confirmed the incident and stated that the police had launched an investigation and retrieved the body, which is now at the local government hospital.

This is indeed a tragic occurrence, and our thoughts go out to the family and loved ones affected by this unfortunate event.
