Unbelievable Survival Story: Family of 6 Emerges Unharmed from Gomoa Okyereko Accident

Stephen Nyame, a man who miraculously escaped unharmed along with his wife and children, has shared the harrowing details of a crash that took place on the Accra-Cape Coast highway in the Central Region, specifically at Gomoa Okyereko. In an interview with Adom News' Kofi Adjei, he revealed that the incident occurred while they were returning from Liberia.

According to Stephen, the tragedy unfolded when a tanker suddenly veered from its designated lane and collided with their bus. Unfortunately, those seated on the side where the car door was located lost their lives. However, Stephen and his family were fortunate enough to be seated at the back on the driver's side, enabling them to escape unscathed.

Overwhelmed with gratitude, Stephen expressed, "By God's grace, nothing happened to us. We were seated right behind the driver. I was with my kids and wife. We were six people, and nobody was hurt." He trembled as he recounted the incident, recognizing the role of fate in their survival.

Stephen's account of the accident serves as a powerful testament to the unpredictability of life's twists and turns. In the face of tragedy, he and his family emerged as survivors, reminding us all of the resilience of the human spirit.

Eyewitnesses revealed that the accident took place during the early hours of Tuesday and involved a head-on collision between a petrol tanker and a bus. The bus was en route from Abidjan to Buduburam, while the tanker, loaded with petrol, was traveling from Accra towards Takoradi.
