In an interview with Kwame Adinkra at Pure FM's 4th anniversary party, Dr. Kwaku Oteng told Kwame Adinkra for the first time that he has more than 23 children.

The business mogul says that even though he has a lot of kids with different women, he treats them all with respect and love.

He said that because God has given him enough money, he makes sure that all of his children get everything they want.

Dr. Kwaku Oteng wouldn't say how many women gave birth to his over 23 children, and he insisted that their names stay secret.
