Captain Smart, a well-known radio personality, has counseled men to assert themselves when they get married.

The "Onua Maakye" anchor believes that men shouldn't let marriage stress them out.

When addressing on TV3's Ladies Circle program, Captain Smart counseled men to leave their marriages if they were unhappy.

The outspoken radio host bemoaned the fact that African males are pressured to deliver unreal telenovel love.

He claimed that although some of these demands are killing young, married men in the community, no one is talking about it.

Nobody will tell him how to love his wife because he lives with her and knows her better than anyone, said the presenter, who goes by Blessed Godsbrain Smart in private.
