Video: Police have arrested a man for allegedly beheading a young girl at Spintex

Ghana Police has arrested a young man for allegedly killing a young girl, at Spintex in Accra.

The footage of the arrest provided by @SIKAOFFICIAL1 on Twitter shows the massive effort of Ghana Police making the arrest and carrying the dead body to the morgue.

The suspect is reported to have beheaded the woman resulting in her death.

The body of the girl has since been deposited at Hospital morgue.

The suspect is currently in police custody assisting with investigations.

The police will likely make an announcement about the gruesome murder which just happened at Spintex.
