WATCH: Women agree it’s wrong for a lady to ask a man for transport fare on a first date

A popular video circulating online shows a group of women expressing their consensus that it is inappropriate for a woman to ask a man for transportation on a first date.

They expressed their collective belief that such a request could be perceived as entitlement.

During the discussion, one woman suggested that it would be preferable for the man to offer to drive the woman home or arrange an Uber ride if the date ended late in the evening.

Another woman argued that a man paying for transport would demonstrate his interest in the woman.

In addition, the women agreed that it would be inappropriate for safety reasons to give personal details such as one's address to a man on a first date.
