In preparation for her most recent film, Black Panther Wakanda Forever, Lupita Nyong'o provided a unique insight into her rigorous underwater training.

On Saturday, Lupita, 39, detailed on her Instagram page how Navy SEAL-style training sessions helped her develop her swimming abilities for the follow-up.

The Us actress gave fans a glimpse of the grueling training she underwent to perfect her role as "war dog" spy Nakia in a 54-second clip.
