Watch Trotro Mate And Passenger Throw Hot Punches Over Transport Fare

Last Friday, GPRTU told the public that starting on Monday, December 19, 2022, transportation costs will go down by 15.3%.


After the price of gasoline went down, transportation costs went down, too.

Ghanaians were happy about this positive change, but some commercial bus drivers and conductors have ignored GPRTU's order.


Since yesterday, a lot of people who use commercial buses have talked about how bad their experiences have been with some stubborn trotro drivers who haven't lowered their prices even though GPRTU told them to.


A new video on the internet shows a trotro passenger hitting another passenger while the vehicle is moving.

People commenting on the video say that the mate and the passenger got into a fight because the bus driver charged the man the old price instead of the new one.

In order to get his money back, the angry passenger got violent.
