Which kind yansh be this! Are Women being Shy in the Gym?

It’s no secret that women are often shy in the gym. Women are constantly told that they don’t belong, that their bodies are not fit for the gym, or that they can’t do the same exercises as men. Women are constantly judged for their bodies when they work out and are terrified of making mistakes. But recently, we have seen a shift, with more and more women feeling empowered by the gym setting.

Take this beautiful lady for example. She is really working it out in the gym with confidence, flaunting her perfectly natural body shape. In the video, she looks like she knows exactly what she is doing, from her sweat-beading bends to her focused strength exercises, she looks like she is on top of her game. We can’t help but admire the way she moves and shakes her body, the way she powers through her routine and the way she just looks like she belongs in there. Women like her are an inspiration to women everywhere and are a living embodiment of body positivity. Her curves and her world deadly butt are not something to be ashamed of, but something to be celebrated.

So why the sudden shift? In part, it could be the introduction of online fitness classes and influencers, from YouTube and Instagram, who are confident in their body and empower their followers to be the same. More women are getting access to fitness and working out with the added bonus of feeling good in their skin. With an entire online community of women to help and encourage each other, it has never been easier to get into the fitness world.

Whether you are new to fitness or an experienced gym-goer, there is no wrong way to be in the gym. All bodies are different and there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to working out. Women should never be ashamed of their body, much less when they’re working out. It’s time to get rid of the stigma of women in the gym and take ownership of our bodies and embrace how beautiful and powerful we are. Let’s be inspired by this beautiful lady and her confidence, let’s leave our worries at the door and realize that we all belong in the gym.
