Young Man To Take Legal Actions Against Hospital For Alleged Illegal Harvesting Kidney Of His Brother

A young Nigerian man says that his 17-year-old brother's kidney was taken from a hospital in Abuja, which is the Federal Capital Territory.
The angry man who criticized the hospital in a video that went viral can be seen ranting in front of the building and threatening to sue.
He says that his brother is too young to give permission for organ donation.
He also posted a video of his brother showing off the scar from the alleged kidney removal.

But Alliance Hospital, a health center in Abuja, has denied taking the kidney from a 17-year-old boy whose older brother said the hospital was taking organs.

On Friday, a woman who worked at the health center and said her name was Nafisat called our reporter and said, "The accusation is false."

"What they say isn't true. We have no idea where it's coming from," she said.

The hospital was responding to our reporter's question about an unidentified man's claim in a video that went viral that the hospital took the organ of his younger brother.

In the video that went viral, a young man was seen ranting in pidgin English in front of the hospital. He said that his younger brother is too young to give permission for an organ donation because he is too young.
