Basake Assemblyman provides educational materials to BECE candidates

The Assembly Member of Basake electoral area in the Ellembelle District of the Western Region, Pious Ofori, has supported the Basic Education Certificate Examination (B.E.C.E) candidates of Agyalu Kronzu D/A Junior High School (J.H.S) at Basake near Nzema Aiyinasi with some educational materials.

As the 2023 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) draws near,
various organizations and individuals are supporting the candidates with materials that will aid them in their preparation
for the exams.

One of the notable forms of support that is usually provided to candidates are the donation of mathematical sets, erasers, pens and pencils.

The benevolent Assembly Member took the opportunity to present items such as 65 mathematical sets, pencils, pens, ruler erasers, and also a set of jersey to the school.

The Basake Assembly Member in an interview with the media, believes that when candidates have access to the necessary tools, they tend to feel more prepared and confident in their ability to excel in the examination.

He told the candidates that he has been doing this kind gesture every year for over ten years together with the CEO of Basake Holy Stars FC, Mr. Simon Ehoma.

He encouraged the candidates to have faith, pray for God's protection and guidance, keep more effort in the few days to the exams and what seemed to be a hopeless failure would turn to be a glorious success.

He, therefore, seized the opportunity to urge them to avoid any form of examination malpractices and focus on their books.

He wished them success and prayed to God to let them come out with flying colors.
