According to Boagyan's findings, a woman named Adwoa Sarfoa was peacefully asleep in her home on the night of Sunday, August 6, 2023. However, her tranquilly was abruptly shattered when she awoke to the sound of gunshots originating from the rear of her residence.

In a tragic incident, a woman reportedly became the victim of a senseless act of violence. According to witnesses, she had been inside her home when she suddenly heard the sound of dogs barking and stones hitting her roof. Intrigued by the commotion, she decided to investigate the source of the disturbance. However, her curiosity would prove to be her undoing, as she was tragically shot through a window.

In a remarkable display of community solidarity, neighbours swiftly responded to the desperate cry for help from the victim. Their prompt action not only provided immediate assistance but also ensured her safe transport to the Abura Dunkwa government hospital for urgent medical attention.

The Abura Asebu Police Station has received a report regarding a case that requires investigation.
