BLACK SHERIF WINS COURT CASE

The High Court at Adenta has dismissed a lawsuit against Black Sherif filed by Cruise People Ltd. The case involved the termination of a performance contract for a show in Greece. Black Sherif's team resisted the promoter's demand for a refund, citing a unilateral contract termination. The court ruled in Black Sherif's favor, stating the dispute resolution clause specified the UK as the exclusive forum. Consequently, the suit has been struck out, and there's currently no pending legal action against Black Sherif in Ghana. If Cruise People Ltd. proceeds in the proper forum, Black Sherif may counterclaim for the full contract sum, interest, and damages.
