The funeral expenses of Cecilia Dapaah could be covered by the millions of dollars and thousands of euros in her estate, according to Ga West. MCE Clement Wilkinson
Clement Wilkinson has made an attempt to construct a defence for Cecilia Dapaah on the origin of the enormous sum of money that she has stashed away in her home.
Clement Wilkinson, the MCE for Ga West, has withdrawn his defence of Cecelia Dapaah, the Minister of Sanitation, in regard to the origin of the enormous sum of money that she keeps in her house.

This comes after it was reported in the news that Cecilia Dapaah has taken two of her househelps into custody for stealing millions of cedis, one million dollars, and three hundred thousand euros from her home.

Clement Wilkinson has come up with a defence for the Minister as the general public questions how she came to possess such a large sum of money and why she is not depositing it in a financial institution.

He believes that the money is donations that she got from other funerals.

According to The MCE, Cecilia Dapaah lost both her mother and her brother within the span of a year, and the millions of dollars may represent donations that she received from the funerals of both of them.

Clement Wilkinson decided not to provide this defence on the Critical Issues show that was airing on UTV.
