Baba Tauffic of the NPP seeks blessings for his 2024 parliamentary campaign.

Kwasi Obeng-Fosu alias Baba Tauffic, a proud son of the Adentan NPP who is seeking the party's nomination to stand as its parliamentary candidate in the 2024 general elections, paid a courtesy visit to the party's elders in the constituency to seek their blessings before submitting his nomination forms.

Prior to this, he presented his documents to his supervisor, Energy Minister Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh (NAPO), in order to obtain his approval.

Baba Tauffic stated that he believed these courtesy calls were crucial, as he had consulted with his boss and several key party elders prior to announcing his candidature to represent his cherished constituency Adentan on our party's ticket.

The elders consist of members of the Council of Elders and Patrons, former candidates for the House of Representatives, and former constituency executives. Prior to submitting his forms to the Elections Committee, Kwasi Obeng-Fosu plans to contact the current executives, coordinators, and Polling Station Executives.

Mr. Obiri Yeboah, chairman of the Elections Committee, stated on behalf of the party elders, "This is the first time anyone has done such a thing. I greatly appreciate this gesture and thank you for acknowledging my contribution.

This demonstrates that you comprehend the culture of our party and politics. Let's keep the campaign messages pure so we can have a united front against our opponents after these primaries", he added.

In all interactions with the elders, Kwasi Obeng-Fosu alias Baba Tauffic, the Homeboy of Adentan, reassured them of his commitment to enhancing the good legacies they have left in the constituency by running an honourable campaign to facilitate any reconciliation efforts.

In addition, he pledged to deliver the Adentan seat to the NPP in the upcoming election in order to make them and all Adentan patriots proud.

It is feasible for the NPP to win this seat and retain it after the 2024 elections. He stated.
