Launch of the Pluz Colour Code Festival

Following the tremendous success of our previous COLOURCODE events conducted on 15th February 2020, 7th August 2021, and 27th August 2022, we are pleased to present this proposal for the PLUZ COLOURCODE Festival, our next planned COLOURCODE event.

Pluz Media would highly appreciate ARK FM's assistance in mobilising our patrons in large numbers for the upcoming event on the 29th. Over seven thousand five hundred (7,500) Tertiary Students participated in our walk, making it one of the most successful social and health walks (colour festival) in the history of Sunyani.

Students from the four Tertiary Schools in Sunyani (i.e. University of Energy and Natural Resources, Catholic University College of Ghana, Sunyani Technical University, Sunyani Nursing and Midwifery College and the College of health Yamfo) comprised approximately 95% of those who participated in the first, second, and third editions of this colour walk, and Pluz Media greatly exceeded its goal.

Objectives
Our primary goals in establishing this PLUZ COLOURCODE Festival are tremendous. These consist of:

Presenting a stress-free platform that cultivates our constituents' interest in the need for exercise and socialisation.

Providing a platform for interaction between student bodies in a stress-free setting.

The PLUZ COLOURCODES will unite and strengthen the relationship between Senior High Schools and Universities in Ghana.

To bring together individuals with diverse personalities and professional backgrounds for brands to interact with.

Create a long-term partnership with brands to implement this initiative annually for the benefit of both parties.

Offer brands the opportunity to demonstrate their affection for our audience through the sponsorship of activities that enhance their health, life, and socialisation.

Regarding the PLUZ COLORCODE
Current school learning schedules and activities make it difficult for the majority of students to engage in social activities and physical activity to better their health and well-being.

We have designed the PLUZ COLOURCODE Festival with a focus on creating joy and excitement that is combined with the walk to ensure a lasting impression and a never-ending chorus of "encores" from attendees.

Holi colours, smoke grenades, brass bands, jama groups, and spinning noises would be utilised as some of the strategies for generating the required amount of amusement. To add to the excitement, a special invitation would be sent to the Student Representative Councils (SRC) of all tertiary institutions, associations, and groups, as well as the numerous fitness and gym clubs. Special aerobic sessions would be held at the conclusion of the trek to demonstrate to participants how to properly perform aerobics on their own.

The Ghana Red Cross Society and the Ambulance Service would be utilised to guarantee a route free of casualties.

The walk would cover a distance of at least 10 kilometres, including the main street and other suburban streets, before culminating at a specific venue for callisthenics and an evening performance by an artist.
