The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Cruise People Ltd, Daniel Vanderpuye, has revealed the details surrounding the arrest of Black Sherif on July 19, 2023, which took place at the Kotoka International Airport (KIA).

Kwame Dadzie conducted an interview with him on Joy Prime, and Kwame Dadzie criticised Black Sherif for not living up to his end of the bargain.

We waited to make use of a variety of different methods, but that didn't happen, and now here we are," he explained.

"We want our money, and not only that..., I am telling you that we paid Multimedia to have an OB here to promote the event. I am telling you that we paid them."

"What are the chances of an Afro Cruise jam happening?... He has completely derailed the process with his actions.

If we take it on faith that he will attend a certain event, how certain can we be that he will show up on the specified day?" Mr Vanderpuye queried.

The police ultimately arrested Black Sherif for breach of contract at the KIA after obtaining an arrest order from the court. The day of today, July 20, 2023, was scheduled to arbitrate issues between the two parties at the police headquarters in a civilian fashion.
