“Rob me off awards but you can’t rob me off my blessings” - Lyrical Joe jabs VGMA

Ghanaian rapper Lyrical Joe has sent a message to VGMA after he was snubbed at this year’s VGMA ceremony.

In his latest freestyle section with DJ Slim, the rapper dropped series of verses that really shows how dope he is when it comes to rapping. Lyrical Joe won the rap performance of the year last year at the VGMAs before losing it out to Amerado this year.

The rappers have been battling out who is the best since Amerado was awarded rapper of the year the at 3music Awards last year. Lyrical Joe’s “statement” after that award shows his unhapiness about that decision and it has since erupted into something different between the two rappers.

Currently promoting his PHOTO ALBUM, Lyrical Joe visited Dj Slim and delivered as expected. DJ Slim host rappers on his YouTube show dubbed “In The Booth”, where rappers show their talents to the world. Lyrical Joe’s “Rob me off awards but you can’t rob me of my blessings” verse comes weeks after losing out the VGMA Rapper of the Year crown.
