Hundreds Throng Re-Developed Keane Nkrumah Memorial Park For Sightseeing

On Monday, many Ghanaians and non-Ghanaians flocked to the redeveloped Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park to experience the new park and become acquainted with it.

The metallic coffin that transported Dr. Kwame Nkrumah from Guinea to Ghana, along with his student mattress and school mirror, were on display at the park.

One of them stated, "Since the place was renovated, I decided to visit to see the new features, such as Dr. Kwame Nkrumah's school mattress and his first state car, among others."

Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park (KNMP) is a historically significant site in Ghana.

The Park is situated on the former British colonial Polo Grounds, where Dr. Kwame Nkrumah proclaimed the independence of Ghana.

The administration of Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park justifies the increase in entry fees.
