Dead caretaker discovered in Dameabra's incomplete building

An attendant, who was thought to be in his late 40s, was found dead in a sealed incomplete structure at Domeabra, Ga South Municipality, Greater Accra Region.

According to reports, the man moved to the area about two months ago in order to supervise the upkeep of the incomplete building for a couple who live in Osu.

Joseph Akrashie, the recently elected Assemblyman for the Domeabra Electoral Area, revealed that he was notified by worried neighbors about an unpleasant smell coming from the man's house. His decaying remains were discovered during an investigation, and the Danchira police were notified right away to provide support.

Police officers came on the scene quickly, broke through the locked doors, and took the dead out.

After that, the body was sent to the Police Mortuary for additional processing while the incident was being investigated.
